Adai Dosa (Dal Dosai)

Wannna serve a protein rich Dosai to your family?. Here you go.

Channa Dal - 1.5 cup
Moong Dal - 0.5 cup
Whole Urad Dal (the one used for idli) - 0.5 glass
Tuvar Dal - 0.5 cup
Boiled Rice - 1 cup
Soak all the above together for 2 hours

Grind it with the following ingredients
1. Red Chillis -3
2. Green Chillis -3
3. Corriander leaves - as per taste
4. Ginger - as per taste
5. Asafoetida
6. Grated coconut - 1 table spoon

Your batter is ready.

Viola! serve hot protein rich Dosais to your family, with chutney or curds.

Note : Adding onions to the batter makes it yummier.
